Bladder Snail Stock Volume Announcement

Bladder Snails — Temporarily Out of Stock

A quick honest update on why our Bladder Snails are currently unavailable, what's happening behind the scenes, and when they'll be back.

What's Happened

Following a busy period of orders and subscription dispatches, our Bladder Snail colonies have temporarily dipped below the level we're comfortable selling from. Rather than continue selling and risk straining the colony further, we've paused Bladder Snail sales while numbers recover.

This is a deliberate choice to protect colony health and long term supply — not a sign of a problem with the colony itself. Bladder snails are prolific breeders and recover quickly with a short pause.

Why We're Doing This

Our subscription customers rely on consistent, weekly, fortnightly and monthly supply. Protecting that consistency means occasionally pausing one-off sales so the colony has room to recover without disruption to anyone's order.

  • Subscriptions remain unaffected and will dispatch as normal
  • One-off Bladder Snail orders are paused temporarily
  • All other products remain fully available — Malaysian Trumpet Snails, Shrimp, Cultures, Tools & Botanical's.

When Will They Be Back

While You Wait

Malaysian Trumpet Snails are fully stocked and make an excellent alternative or addition to a feeding program — particularly for beak maintenance in puffer fish. Our 60/40 Snail Blends are also available, combining both species where stock allows.
