Tracked service aiming for next-day delivery. Delivery is not guaranteed and no signature is required. Parcels may be left in a safe place. This service does not include Replacement Insurance. Orders dispatched on this service are sent at the Customer's risk once handed to the carrier.
Please note: RM Tracked 24 does not require a signature. Ensure someone is available to receive live animals promptly. Safe place delivery of live animals is at the Customer's own risk.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM — £12.00
Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1PM. Signature required on delivery. This service does not include Replacement Insurance unless separately purchased. Recommended for time-sensitive or higher value orders.

Special Delivery — Shrimp Orders — £16.00
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM with specialist shrimp packaging. All shrimp orders are packed with double breather bags, craft paper light protection, java moss clinging surface, thermal foil insulation, packing peanuts, and bubble wrap. Clearly marked with live animal and fragile labels.
Our shrimp packaging is the result of extensive testing to give your animals the best possible chance of arriving healthy and stress-free.

Replacement Insurance

Replacement Insurance is an optional add-on product available at checkout. It is not included in any shipping rate. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for coverage details, inspection requirements, and evidence obligations.
