No Refunds on Live Biological Goods

Refunds are not issued for live aquatic organisms once dispatched.

Live goods are perishable biological organisms supplied strictly as biological livestock or feed organisms. Due to the inherent biological and logistical risks associated with live goods in transit, all sales are final once dispatch has occurred.

Replacement Insurance

Where Replacement Insurance has been validly purchased and all conditions within our Terms & Conditions are met in full, a one-time replacement is the sole contractual remedy available.

Replacement Insurance does not constitute a refund, cash alternative, or guarantee of survival.

Non-Live Products

For non-live products including dry goods, tools, equipment, and accessories, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Please contact us at Policies@jacksaquatics.co.uk if you have an issue with a non-live product.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any statutory rights available to you under applicable UK consumer legislation.
