What This Means For Your Order

The store will remain open throughout our closure and you are welcome to place orders at any time. All orders received after 26th May will be packed and dispatched from 4th June when we return.

We will not be dispatching live goods during the closure period. This is to ensure every order arrives in the condition you expect — we will never rush a dispatch or compromise on the standards your livestock deserves.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders due during the closure period will be held and fulfilled on our return on 4th June. Your billing cycle will not be affected. If you have any concerns about your subscription please get in touch before 26th May and we will do our best to help.

Contacting Us During Closure

We will have limited availability to respond to messages during the closure period. An out of office reply is active on jack@jacksaquatics.co.uk. We will respond to all messages on our return.
