Holiday Dispatch Notice — July 2026
A heads up on our upcoming dispatch schedule. All orders placed during our short break will be fulfilled to our usual standards on our return.

What This Means For Your Order
The store will remain open throughout our closure and you're welcome to place orders at any time. Any orders received after 21st July will be packed and dispatched from 30th July when we return.
We will not be dispatching live goods during the closure period. This is to make sure every order arrives in the condition you expect — we will never rush a dispatch or compromise on the standards your livestock deserves.
If you need live feed before our break — place your order as soon as possible to guarantee dispatch before 21st July. Orders placed after this date will ship on 30th July.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders due during the closure period will be held and fulfilled on our return on 30th July. Your billing cycle will not be affected. If you have any concerns about your subscription please get in touch before 21st July and we'll do our best to help.
Contacting Us During Closure
We'll have limited availability to respond to messages during the closure period. An out of office reply will be active on jack@jacksaquatics.co.uk and we'll respond to all messages on our return.
