Jack's Aquatics is a one person operation built on a genuine passion for aquatic systems, responsible breeding and doing things properly. Every order is packed by hand, every piece of livestock is bred in-house, and every policy has been written with both transparency and your protection in mind.

We are still in the early days of our new store. Reviews matter enormously at this stage — not because we will offer you anything in return for leaving one, but because honest experiences from real customers are the most valuable thing a small business can have.

What We Are Asking

If you have placed an order with Jack's Aquatics — through our new store, our previous site, Facebook, or Band — and you were happy with what you received, we would genuinely appreciate you taking a moment to leave a review.

It does not need to be long. A sentence or two about what you ordered and how it arrived is enough. Honest and straightforward is exactly what helps other keepers make informed decisions.
