Ramshorn Snail (Planorbidae)

Ramshorn Snail (Planorbidae) — Live Feed

UK bred Ramshorn Snails supplied exclusively as live aquatic feed. Responsibly bred in-house in our mineral-supported systems, never imported, never wild caught.

Their distinctive flat, coiled shell offers a level of resistance between the softer Bladder Snail and the denser Malaysian Trumpet Snail, adding variety to a live feed rotation. They encourage instinctive hunting behaviour while providing a reliable source of protein and minerals.

Active grazers that adapt well to established freshwater systems. Suitable for puffer fish, loaches, cichlids, assassin snails and freshwater crabs.

Sold strictly as biological livestock for feed use. Not sold as ornamental or pet stock.
