Tracked 24 Replacement Insurance (Optional Add-On)
Add contractual replacement cover to your live aquatic order dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
This is an optional Replacement Insurance Product and must be purchased in addition to your delivery service if replacement consideration is required.
Without it, live goods are shipped entirely at customer risk once dispatched.
Coverage Summary
Replacement consideration under Royal Mail Tracked 24 is strictly capped at a maximum of £55 per order, regardless of total live goods value or Insurance Tier selected.
If your live goods order exceeds £55, any replacement issued under Tracked 24 will not exceed £55 in product value.
Value Calculation
Replacement value is determined in accordance with the applicable Insurance Tier selected for the order and is subject to all limitations set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Postage and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Replacement Conditions
Replacement is issued once only per order and only where all inspection, attendance, and evidence requirements are met in full.
Replacement shipments do not reinstate, refresh, or extend insurance coverage.
Missed Delivery
One missed delivery may be considered where insurance has been purchased and all delivery obligations have been met by the Customer.
Multiple missed deliveries, safe place authorisation, redirection, or returned-to-sender outcomes void eligibility.

Replacement Insurance is single-use, non-transferable, applies only to the specific order it was purchased with, and does not guarantee delivery success or live arrival.

- Inspect within two hours of delivery (four hours if insured)
- Provide one continuous unedited video (minimum fifteen seconds per affected container)
- Contents must remain in original packaging
- Clear visibility of all affected items required
